New logo setups & reorders require a minimum of 100 tags (4 bags/25) per SKU ordered.  How does a custom logo set-up work? Both existing and new logo orders require a 100-minimum quantity per logo SKU. The quantity cannot be reached by splitting across colors or layouts.
