Orders with a logo printed on a tag require a minimum of 100 tags per logo SKU.Important Note: After your new logo is set up (in about 3-5 business days), we will email you a proof of your logo on a tag image. Once you approve the proof, allow standard production time for your tags to be ready to ship. Once your logo is on file and approved, the logo setup process will not have to be repeated. When uploading a file, please make sure that your file has one of the following extensions: .eps or .ai (preferred) jpg or .png. A clear black and white file of your image is required as logos will not be lasered in color. After your file has been uploaded, you can add it to your cart. Logos are laser engraved, meaning permanent markings are burned into the tag. Laser engraving offers a black/grayish imprint and is much more visible on a lighter-colored tag. If you are ordering a black tag, the numbers will be a gray or off-white color. The laser engraving will ensure the tag is readable for the lifetime of the animal. Our tags can feature the logo on the neck or the panel of the tag. For example on a Maxi size tag, a logo in the neck of a tag is usually ½ inch tall by 1 inch wide while a logo in the full panel (body) of a tag is usually 1 3/8 inch tall by 2 inches wide. Logo areas will vary accordingly on the other tag sizes. Our ear tags can be applied with our IVS Ear Tag Applicator or Allflex applicator. All IVS tag sizes are the same as Allflex tags.

3/8" 0-9 cifre per pinze per tatuaggi
The 3/8" 0-9 digits for tattoo pliers are essential tools in the identification of livestock, providing a permanent mark for tracking and management purposes. These digits are typically made from durable materials like nylon or nickel-plated steel to ensure longevity and clear imprints. The standard size of 3/8" is suitable for various standard pliers and is designed to fit comfortably in the hand, reducing fatigue during extended use. Quality tattoo digits are precision-made, often laser-etched for accuracy and ease of identification. A good set will come with a positive ear release feature, which helps prevent the points of the digits from scratching or blurring the tattoo mark, ensuring a crisp and clear outcome every time. When selecting tattoo digits, it's important to consider the material, ease of handling, and the clarity of the mark they produce, as these factors directly impact the effectiveness of animal identification. First, secure the animal in a chute or head catch to minimize movement. Clean the ear with alcohol to remove any dirt or wax, and ensure it's dry. Insert the chosen digits into the pliers and test the alignment on a piece of cardboard. When ready, position the pliers on the part of the ear that is light in color and free from hair, avoiding any ribs or veins. Apply firm pressure to ensure the needles penetrate the skin. Immediately after, rub tattoo ink into the punctured area, which helps in marking the digits and promotes healing due to the antiseptic properties of the ink. Clean and dry the equipment after use to maintain its condition for future applications. Set of numerals for 3/8˝ Standard tattoo plier; Exchangeable with Stone pliers. Note: Packaging may vary.

Piombo di toro (senza catena)
The use and quality of bull leads, specifically those without chains, are crucial in managing and handling bulls safely and effectively. A bull lead, often referred to as a bull staff, is a device used to control and lead a bull by the nose, which is a sensitive area for the animal. Quality bull leads are typically made from durable materials that can withstand the strength of a bull without causing undue stress or harm to the animal. The design of a chainless bull lead is particularly important as it must be strong enough to control the bull, yet gentle enough to prevent injury. The absence of a chain reduces the risk of injury and is considered more humane. When selecting a bull lead, it is essential to consider the material, the mechanism of action, and the comfort for both the handler and the animal. Proper use of a bull lead involves training and experience, as mishandling can lead to accidents or injury. Overall, the goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of both the bull and the handler during any interaction Place stainless steel lead into animal's nostrils and close gently. Secure handles with heavy-duty 13 1/2˝chain. Lead with chain or handles. Nose piece 2 1⁄2˝ x 1˝ across center. Overall length is 7 3 ⁄ 4˝ with a 5 ⁄ 8˝ hole for chain.

These devices offer a consistent and reliable source of water, which is essential for the health and productivity of livestock. The history of providing water to animals dates back to when humans first domesticated them, relying on natural water sources. With the advent of automatic waterers, the process has become more efficient, reducing labor costs and time spent managing water supplies. Quality and use are paramount when considering automatic waterers. They come in various types, each with specific features designed to cater to different environmental conditions and animal requirements. The benefits of using automatic waterers are numerous. They improve the quality of life for both operators and livestock by providing a constant water supply, which is particularly beneficial in rotational grazing systems. This ensures that animals have access to fresh water in each paddock, supporting their health and well-being. Additionally, the convenience of automatic waterers allows for better resource management, enabling farmers to focus on other critical aspects of their operations. When selecting an automatic waterer, it's essential to consider the number of animals it will serve, the climate, and the specific needs of the livestock. Proper planning and installation are crucial to maximize the benefits and ensure the longevity of the waterer. With the right choice, automatic livestock drinkers can be a valuable addition to any agricultural operation, contributing to the overall efficiency and sustainability of the farm Made of ABS plastic our drinking bowl equipped with ½˝ brass nipple and valve system has a flow valve and nylon frost plug protection. Regular cleaning and disinfection are essential to prevent the buildup of algae, biofilm, and harmful bacteria, which can lead to health issues in livestock. It's recommended to drain, scrub, and disinfect the waterers on a routine basis, ideally every few weeks, to maintain optimal hygiene levels. Inspecting for leaks, damage, and ensuring all mechanical components function correctly is also vital to prevent water wastage and ensure the waterers operate efficiently. In colder climates, checking the heating elements and insulation is necessary to prevent freezing. Additionally, monitoring water quality and flow is important to address any changes promptly, maintaining the health and productivity of the herd.
